The promotion is valid during a specific campaign period and once it’s over the codes expire and will not be valid.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your orders will arrive approximately 3 – 5 business days from date of purchase, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, members enjoy FREE delivery with min. $60 nett spend.
Do you ship internationally?
No, currently we only provide delivery within Singapore.
Can I collect my order from Astalift stores?

How do I go about collecting my order from Astalift store? Do note that we have temporarily stop self collection method, till further notice.
- At the collection store, present the copy of your order collection email to our store staff and fill up a form to acknowledge the collection.
- To authorise a person, you are required to fill up the authorised person’s details in the order collection form and he/she is expected to present the order collection email with authorisation permission and his/her personal ID for verification, in order to make the collection at the store.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You may track your orders via your ‘Order History’ under ‘My Account’, after logged in. Tracking number will be provided to you once order is processed.
Shipping & Returns
- We are unable to offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. Astalift reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
- If the product does not meet your standards and unopened items purchased from astalift.com.sg may be exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns of products purchased at retail stores. The original shipping fee is not refundable. Please allow 7 – 15 business days for your return to be fully process.
- All returns must be sent back with the enclosed Return Form, filled in and endorsed accordingly. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed or any unendorsed forms
Orders made with promotional codes, discounts, reward points, gift cards/vouchers, store credits, or containing sale items are not allowed for returns. This applies to a single order made that contains multiple items in the same order invoice. Promotional codes, discount vouchers, birthday discounts, reward points redemptions, gift cards/vouchers and store credits are applied to the entire single order and all items in the order are not eligible for any form of return.
All returns must be mailed back via a trackable source such as SingPost’s registered mail or courier; and must reach us within 10 working days from the date you receive your item. We will not be liable for any lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel and there will also be no compensation for any lost mails. The customer is responsible for the return and handling fees for all returns and exchange delivered to ASTALIFT.
- All returns must be sent back with the enclosed Return Form, filled in and endorsed accordingly. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed or any unendorsed forms.
- All accepted returns will be issued store credits within 7 working days upon receiving the item, and valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Store credit is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used to purchase gift cards or extended past its expiry. Shipping charges paid for the order will not be refunded or included in the credit note.
- Store credits issued for returns are eligible for partial use. Any unutilised store credit will still be subjected to the original date of validity. Store credits are strictly not eligible for extension past its expiry. Returned items will be released to other shoppers upon confirmation of return and issue of store credits, and will no longer be available for a return in the event of an expired store credit. Any unused store credits will be forfeited upon expiry.
- All items will be inspected upon return. In the event that the item is found to be not suitable for return, the return will be rejected and returned to you with no store credits issued. Any additional postage/courier fees incurred in the process of mailing the item back for the return will have to be borne by the customer. Returns are accepted and processed via mailings strictly only. All shoppers are responsible for the postage costs incurred for the return.
- All orders placed are final and cannot be reversed, refunded or topped up to the original value.
- All online returns are only accepted via mailings back to our warehouse. Dropping off the order for a return at any retail outlet is not allowed due to space and operations constraints as the retail outlet cannot process any forms of returns. In the event that a customer insists on dropping off an order at the retail outlet for a return, a nominal courier charge of $7 will be offset from the original store credit value. This nominal fee is to arrange for extra courier service to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
